Our Businesses

View all businesses

Independent businesses. Shared standards.

Established in 2021 and headquartered in Coventry in the UK, the group was created to bring strategic, high-value manufacturing capability under single ownership. It has grown rapidly, consolidating specialist casting, machining, moulding and assembly businesses into a scaled industrial base with the capacity to serve demanding sectors across the economy.

Each business keeps its own name, heritage and specialist focus while sharing group-level investment, engineering discipline and supply chain strength to deliver to customers the seamless sequenced supply, highest quality & reliability that industrial programmes depend on.

Behind that scale sits a foundation approaching a century of British manufacturing heritage. The oldest of our trading businesses traces its roots back 100 years, and that accumulated knowledge — passed down through generations of UK engineers and toolmakers — underpins every component the group produces today.

Our Vision

Our Vision

“We believe in long-term stewardship, not short-term financial engineering. The businesses within our Group were built over generations – by families, by communities, and in some cases by the nation itself.

We act as custodians of that heritage – investing in people, modernising facilities and strengthening governance to keep these operations relevant to the future of mobility, energy and advanced manufacturing.”
